Growing at Gallagher

We are thrilled to share that construction is steadily advancing on the 147,000 SF Joseph M. Gallagher PK-8 facility, with an expected completion date in February 2025. As the building rises, the transformative vision of the Cleveland Metropolitan School District is coming to life before our eyes.

At Architectural Vision Group, sustainability remains at the forefront of our design approach. In collaboration with the district, we’ve prioritized eco-friendly solutions to shape a greener future. By integrating sustainable principles throughout the design process, we are proud to contribute to a facility that will not only serve the students of today but also future generations, while supporting the city’s commitment to environmental stewardship.

Key design elements include adaptable furnishings that support a dynamic learning environment, state-of-the-art energy-efficient HVAC systems, cutting-edge electrical and plumbing installations, enhanced LED lighting, and much more.
