The 147,000 SF major renovation of this existing school has many interesting layers. Sustainability is a top priority, with a focus on energy efficiency, optimized insulation, natural lighting, efficient acoustics, and water-saving fixtures enhance the learning experience. We are excited to shape this educational facility into a beacon of innovation, inspiring students and setting new standards in Cleveland. This project is in construction to become a LEED Certified building.
