Shaker Heights High School Stadium

Shaker Heights, Ohio

Stadium

AVG completed this $1.5 million dollar high school stadium improvement project for the Shaker Heights School District. The scope of work included the redesign and layout of the football field with new synthetic turf. Markings, tics and goals on the field were provided for football, soccer, field hockey, and lacrosse sports. A new six lane, polyurethane running track was installed as well.

This project also involved new sidewalks, a new subsurface drainage system and grading, new iron ornamental fencing and gates, and related athletic field equipment such as an electronic scoreboard, discus and long jump features.

This project also involved a very aggressive schedule, with design beginning in March 2012 and construction completed in August 2012, in time for the opening season football game.

The firm fulfills requests promptly and is one of the most cooperative architectural firms with whom I have worked. I continue to be impressed by the consistent high quality and commitment to the districts in which Architectural Vision Group has served as the Project/District Architect.
