High School

The Olmsted Falls High School additions/renovations project encompassed the construction of a band and music department, additional classrooms, science and art departments, and a new entry vestibule and lobby. The existing Media Center was transformed into a Student Dining/Wi-Fi Cafe, while the cafeteria, kitchen, and courtyard received renovations and updates. Security and technology upgrades were implemented alongside a new fire alarm and emergency lighting system, roof replacement, and the installation of a new generator.

This project was featured in Properties Magazine’s March 2019 issue. If you want to read more, check out there full article here.

Throughout the design and build process AVG has been present every step of the way. They attend all construction meetings and ensure that the craftsmanship on our project is of high quality. As a superintendet who engage in his first major construction project, I leaned heavily on AVG and they supported me throughout.
