The Olmsted Falls High School additions and renovations project provided a comprehensive upgrade across various departments and spaces to enhance both the academic and social environment. Key additions included dedicated facilities for the band and music programs, expanded classrooms, and upgraded science and art areas, supporting a wide range of student interests and academic needs. A new entry vestibule with an upgraded lobby improves the school’s arrival experience, while the former Media Center was reimagined as a Student Dining/Wi-Fi Café, giving students a modern space for dining, study, and collaboration. Major renovations to the cafeteria, kitchen, and courtyard created inviting, functional areas to encourage community and engagement. Security and technology improvements were prioritized, with the installation of a new fire alarm system, emergency lighting, roof replacement, and a backup generator ensuring safety and reliability.
This project was featured in the March 2019 issue of Properties Magazine. For more details, you can check out the full article here!

As a superintendet who engage in his first major construction project, I leaned heavily on AVG and they supported me throughout.
