Hubbard – Hubbard Exempted Village

Hubbard, Ohio

PK-12

The Hubbard K-12 project, completed in collaboration with Burgess & Niple Architects, involved constructing a new K-12 facility while retaining and renovating the existing auditorium and natatorium. The project also included the demolition of the former school buildings.

The new facility provides separate classroom and academic spaces for each grade level, along with state-of-the-art media centers, dedicated gymnasiums, administrative offices, and specialized classrooms. Sustainable features were a key focus, incorporating a geothermal heating and cooling system, daylighting strategies, and the use of eco-friendly building materials.

Their (AVG) entire team has provided services and recommendations in all areas. They have gone beyond our expectations to make sure all phases of our projects have been successful. The results of these efforts are a beautiful K-12 campus and athletic facilities that are the enby of the Mahoning Valley Area.
