The Gemini Project involved a district-wide restructuring of school facilities and the construction of a new community recreation center at Fairview Park High School. The existing Fairview Park High/Middle School was part of the project and received major system upgrades/renovations, such as roofing replacement, electrical system replacement, plumbing upgrades, fire alarm system replacement, window replacement, asbestos removal, security system replacement, exterior door replacement, and ADA upgrades.
