Olmsted Falls New Administrative Offices

Olmsted Falls, Ohio

10,600 SF

Administrative Offices

This project encompasses the design and construction of the new 10,600 SF Olmsted Falls Administration Offices, set to replace the existing Olmsted Falls Board of Education building. The existing Board of Education offices are currently located in a white ranch house built in 1972. This house was converted into office spaces, and what was meant to be a temporary relocation, has served as the central administration office since 1999. As the District has flourished, their need for larger administrative offices has grown.

The new facility will be thoughtfully designed to meet the evolving needs of the district, providing a modern, functional space for administrative operations. The new offices will provide dedicated workspace for current staff, along with consolidating Technology, Special Education, and the High School Alumni office staff under one roof. This upgraded facility will not only enhance the efficiency of district administration but also support the growth and development of the Olmsted Falls community.
