Frontier High School

New Matamoras, Ohio

10,000 SF Addition

61,000 SF Existing

Grades 8-12

The scope of work for the Frontier High School was a 10,000 SF addition to the existing high school and complete renovations of the existing facility. The addition included classrooms, new computer lab, and cafetorium. Safety was a priority of this renovation, as an all new HVAC system was installed, and a new technology system has been upgraded throughout the facility. The building was fully equipped with a fire suppression system.

The existing science rooms were renovated with new underground utilities and new casework throughout the school. The existing kitchen was renovated with all new underground utilities, new kitchen equipment, including new servicing lines, with walk-in freezer and cooler. The existing gymnasium received a new gym divider curtain and the wood floor was refinished with new striping. New basketball backstops were installed. Additionally, the existing high school’s board office received renovations with new finishes.

This firm is “in your corner” – from assisting in the passage of enabling referendums and making public presentations to assisting with educational specifications and color coding and furniture selection. They are a full service firm that goes farther than any architectural firm I’ve ever worked with to assume total quality of the facility as well as satisfaction of their client.
