Funded through the OFCC Exceptional Needs Program, this project addressed overcrowding with a new grades 4-5 intermediate school and renovations/additions to the middle school. AVG assisted in the application process, securing the #1 ranking for overcrowding need.

Middle school upgrades included new classrooms, science labs, expanded music and band spaces, enhanced PE facilities, and technology improvements. The intermediate school was designed for future expansion, with key spaces like the gym, kitchen, and classrooms sized for long-term needs.

This project achieved LEED Silver Certification, emphasizing sustainability and efficiency.
