The Gemini Project was a collaborative effort between the City of Fairview Park and Fairview Park City Schools that restructured the District’s facilities and introduced a new community recreation center on the Fairview Park High School site. Following an in-depth facilities study and community engagement process led by AVG, the District consolidated its elementary schools into a new two-story, 101,959-square-foot K–6 facility designed to support core academics, administration, and specialized learning spaces.

The project also included major renovations to the existing High/Middle School, featuring comprehensive system upgrades and ADA improvements, as well as the expansion of the gymnasium and strategic facility reassignments to support district and early childhood programs.
