As part of Elyria City School District’s master plan, AVG designed the new 60,998 SF ELY PK-4 facility on its existing site, eliminating the need for temporary student relocation. The school features flexible classrooms, Extended Learning Areas (ELAs), operable walls, and adaptable furnishings to support personalized, project-based learning. Exposed ceilings, skylights, and movable furniture enhance collaboration and small-group engagement. Recognized for its sustainability, the project earned LEED Silver Certification.
