AVG provided comprehensive design services for renovations and additions, funded by the OFCC Vocational Facilities Assistance Program. Upgrades included new HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire alarm, and sprinkler systems, along with site improvements, new furnishings, and technology enhancements.

The project also expanded and modernized four vocational programs—Hotels & Resorts, Culinary Arts, Welding, and Cosmetology—adding 15,000 SF of new space. Public-facing Culinary Arts and Cosmetology areas were redesigned for community use, ensuring compliance with OFCC Career Technical Space standards while creating flexible, modern learning environments.
