AVG completed a $1.5 million stadium upgrade for Shaker Heights School District, enhancing athletic facilities with:
- New Synthetic Turf Field: Multipurpose markings for football, soccer, field hockey, and lacrosse.
- Six-Lane Polyurethane Track: Upgraded for improved track and field events.
- Site Enhancements: New sidewalks, subsurface drainage, regrading, and ornamental iron fencing.
- Athletic Equipment: Electronic scoreboard, discus, and long jump areas.
Despite an aggressive timeline, AVG completed the project from design to construction between March and August 2012, ensuring the field was ready for the season opener.
