INTERIOR DESIGN
Our design approach is to cohesively blend a mixture of solutions that are not only aesthetically pleasing, but allow for efficiency in building functions and managing costs. We work closely with our clients in order to develop the best possible interior spaces. Our dedicated design team provides BIM renderings for every architectural project so our clients can see the vision of their project from early in the design phase, all the way through to construction completion.
ASSESSMENTS
Over 600 Facility Assessments Conducted across the State of Ohio
Our commitment to the project owner drives our firm to be as thorough and detail-oriented as possible. We follow the standardized A-W process when conducting facility assessments and verify every square foot assessed twice, as is our firm’s policy.
AVG is one of the few architecture firms retained by the Ohio Facilities Construction Commission (OFCC) to provide assessment and master planning services since 1998. Our firm has completed assessments of over 600 school buildings in 80+ school districts. Our firm has also conducted public safety and civic building assessments for a variety of City entities.
MASTER PLANNING
Over 80 Master Plans Developed
AVG has produced over 80 district master plans involving new construction, expansion, consolidation, community use components, and preservation / adaptive re-use of facilities. Each master plan developed by AVG takes special care to consider all needs of the project owner and the community at large. CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATION
Our team of dedicated construction administration staff provide these services that are tailored to the client’s request and the project’s requirements. From the first on-site meeting to our team providing full project close-out services, we are involved at every stage of your project. Our construction administrators are committed to ensuring that the quality of work performed on-site meets the high standards that AVG is recognized for.
