High School

The Olmsted Falls High School additions and renovations project included the construction of new facilities for the band and music department, additional classrooms, science and art departments, and a new entry vestibule with an upgraded lobby. The existing Media Center was transformed into a modern Student Dining/Wi-Fi Café, while the cafeteria, kitchen, and courtyard underwent significant renovations. Security and technology upgrades were implemented throughout the school, along with the installation of a new fire alarm system, emergency lighting, roof replacement, and a new generator.

This project was featured in the March 2019 issue of Properties Magazine. For more details, you can check out the full article here!

Throughout the design and build process AVG has been present every step of the way. They attend all construction meetings and ensure that the craftsmanship on our project is of high quality. As a superintendet who engage in his first major construction project, I leaned heavily on AVG and they supported me throughout.
