About this Project

The 173,000 SF North Olmsted PK-5 Elementary, under construction since August 2024, is designed to support 21st-century learning. Blending traditional and contemporary elements, it features flexible classrooms, STEAM labs, ADA-compliant spaces, and inclusive playgrounds to foster collaboration, creativity, and hands-on learning.

The facility consolidates resources from three schools while preserving individuality through unique grade wings and commemorative displays. Its open design enhances team teaching, staff collaboration, and community engagement, creating a central hub for students, parents, and local organizations.

With most of the building now under roof and courtyard walls nearing completion, crews are busy installing ceiling features and making great headway on drywall throughout the first floor.

Crews are currently focused on structural work of the new North Olmsted PK-5 Elementary. The new facility will provide innovative classrooms, collaborative spaces, and upgraded technology to support student success for years to come.
