Olmsted Falls New Administrative Offices

About this Project

This project involves the design and construction of a new 10,600 SF Administration Office to replace the current Board of Education building, a converted 1972 ranch house that has served as the central administration office since 1999.

The new facility will provide modern, functional spaces to support the district’s growth. It will consolidate administrative staff, including Technology, Special Education, and the High School Alumni office, under one roof, enhancing operational efficiency and supporting the development of the Olmsted Falls community.
