Jackson-Milton 6-12 Facility

North Jackson, Ohio

81,605 SF

Grades 6-12

About this Project

Designed for 487 middle and high school students, this facility integrates a community library, funded in part by the Mahoning County Library System, seamlessly connected to the school.

The building features academic core areas, administrative offices, and specialized spaces for art, music, and family & consumer sciences. It also includes a gymnasium, full-service kitchen, and a cafetorium with a stage. Sustainable design elements, such as a geothermal system and energy-efficient lighting, enhance efficiency and long-term performance.

Some of the most notable qualities of their (AVG) professionalism are the following: compliance and coordination with the OFCC guidelines and staff, positive cooperation with the construction manager to create the best building on budget, and the ability to listen and incorporate design features desired by the owner into the project.
