About this Project

As part of a recently completed Master Plan developed for the Elyria City School District, the District envisioned moving all outdoor athletics to one central site which is District owned and previously was home to the 90-year old Ely Stadium, 2 baseball fields and 7 tennis courts. This site posed countless challenges, but through working closely with District representatives, our team was able to provide a final design which incorporated these key components upon completion:

• New Access Boulevard and Improved Vehicular Circulation and Parking
• Improved Pedestrian Circulation
• New Stadium
• New Complex Field House
• New Football Practice Fields
• New Soccer Fields
• New Pavilion
• New Tennis Courts
• New Varsity Softball Field
• New JV Softball Field
• New Varsity Baseball Field
• Existing Varsity Baseball Field Converted to Junior Varsity Field
